- From the Home screen, select Contacts. In the right-hand panel click on the Add button at the bottom of the "Contact Lists" column.
- In the Contact List detail screen give your new list a "Name." This name should be descriptive enough that others in your organization will understand quickly who is in each group. Add a Description if you wish.
- All of your possible Contacts for this group are shown in the column on the right. You can add people to the group (the list on the left) in a number if different ways:
- To add one person at a time, click on the plus sign inside the green circle next to a name. That name will be automatically added to the list.
- You can also choose multiple people at one time and add them to the group all at once. To do this, click on each person's name that you want to add. (Don't click on the plus sign or you will move them one at a time.) Each name you select will change to having an orange background. When you have all of the names you want to add, click on the "Add Selected" button in between the columns. All of those names will be added.
- If you will be adding most or all of the Contacts to this List you might find it easier to select everyone on the list without having to click on each name. To do this, click on the "Select All" button underneath the list of Contacts. Then you can remove some names from this selection by clicking individual names. If you have selected a number of names but want to start your selections over you can click "Select None" and all of your selections will be gone.
- You can also add members of another list to the members of the current list by selecting the "Another List" button (beginning in v.2.2). A window will appear with a list of all of your Contact Lists. Click on the name of the Contact List you want to add to the current one. The members of that other list will be added, without duplicating any Contacts already present in your list.
- If you end up with someone on your Contact List and want to remove that person from the Contact List click on the blue trash can next to their name. Once you have confirmed your intention to remove them from the Contact List that name will be removed.
- To revise a Contact List, start from the Home screen and select Contacts from the menu on the left.
- In the right-hand panel, under the Contact Lists heading, click on the orange triangle next to the Contact List you want to revise.
- Make any changes you want to the Contact List and then click on the Back arrow or the Home button to return to the Home screen.
- To delete a Contact List, start from the Home screen and select Contacts from the menu on the left.
- In the right-hand panel, under the Contact Lists heading, click on the orange triangle next to the Contact List you want to delete.
- On the Contact List detail screen click on the "Delete Contact List" button in the gray Status Bar at the top of the screen.
