Update CC Pivot Plugin to version 1.043

This update involves two steps. For the first step, you will want to be sure to close FileMaker.

1. Once FileMaker is closed, place the plugin file (choose the windows or mac version depending on what system you have) into the FileMaker Extensions folder.
   
   
2. Open your CCPivot FileMaker file.
3. Select File->Manage->Scripts to open the Manage Scripts Dialog.
4. Double-click on the "plugins.setup [ version ]" script to edit it.
   
   
5. Find the script step that sets the variable $result with the plugin registration calculation.
   
   
6. Replace the value of the variable with the text provided in the Registration.txt file of your downloaded update (you should have received an email if you need this update with instructions on how to download the updated file).
   
   
7. Close and Reopen CCPivot.
8. You are done!
